The Providers We Work With
We research and recommend products from across the market where appropriate. Any product you proceed with will be subject to the provider's own terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for the operation of third-party providers or their decisions.
Applications and Implementation
If you decide to proceed with our advice, we will act on your behalf to implement the recommended solution. This may include liaising with pension providers and other third parties.
You will need to provide accurate and complete information to support your application.
We will keep you updated throughout the process via your preferred communication method.
We cannot guarantee that any provider will accept an application, as this is subject to their own criteria.
After Implementation
We will remain available to support you and, where you have agreed to ongoing advice, we will review your arrangements periodically.
You should inform us of any changes to your circumstances so we can ensure your plans remain suitable.

If you wish to cancel before implementation is completed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any fees already charged for advice provided may not be refundable.
If a product has already been set up, cancellation terms will depend on the provider's policy.
